 🕐 Shift: Afternoon (1 PM &ndash; 10 PM)
 
 
 💼 Experience: 3 years in construction cost estimating
 
 
 🔧 Trades: Civil, Structural, MEP, Finishing &amp; more

 🔹 What We're Looking For:
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; 3+ years of construction estimating experience (all trades)
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Xactimate or similar)
 
 
 &bull; Strong ability to read architectural, structural &amp; MEP drawings
 
 
 &bull; Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
 
 
 &bull; Degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, QS, or Construction Management preferred
