The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day non-clinical operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, and maintaining high standards of patient care, hospitality, and facility management. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure the hospital functions efficiently, while meeting all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Hospital Operations &amp; Facility Management&middot; Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are strictly maintained across all hospital areas.&middot; Manage and supervise patient room bookings, allocation, and occupancy.&middot; Conduct regular inspections for room quality and readiness.&middot; Coordinate facility beautification and upkeep of hospital infrastructure.&middot; Oversee maintenance and support construction/renovation projects, ensuring timely execution.&middot; Ensure proper functioning of security systems and implement patient safety measures.&middot; Coordinate effectively with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.Patient Experience &amp; Hospitality&middot; Monitor food and beverage quality, taste, and safety standards.&middot; Develop premium stay add-on services for patients opting for upgraded packages.&middot; Assure patient comfort and smooth hospitality services during hospital stay.Departmental Coordination&middot; Act as a connecting link between doctors, pharmacists, administrative staff, and other departments.&middot; Ensure smooth internal communication and conflict resolution.&middot; HR works, including recruitment, training, and performance supervision.&middot; Supervise treatment room readiness and operational efficiency.&middot; Coordinating and facilitating departmental meetings.Compliance &amp; Certifications&middot; Handle certificate/license renewals with local authorities and ensure regulatory compliance.&middot; Monitor adherence to legal, accreditation, and safety requirements.Education &amp; Experience&middot; Master of Business Administration or B-Tech&middot; Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in ayurveda resort management.&middot; Language proficiency- English,Hindi,MalayalamSkills &amp; Competencies&middot; Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.&middot; Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams.&middot; Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.&middot; Ability to handle emergencies and make quick, effective decisions.&middot; Proficiency in MS Office, hospital management software, and reporting tools.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Malayattur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
