Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Planning &amp; Design</li><li>Prepare detailed designs, layouts, and blueprints using CAD and other engineering software.</li><li>Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and technical assessments.</li><li>Ensure design adherence to relevant codes, standards, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Project Execution</li><li>Supervise site activities to ensure work is carried out as per design, quality standards, and safety norms.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, architects, surveyors, and stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.</li><li>Ensure proper resource allocation and cost control.</li><li>Quality &amp; Safety</li><li>Perform quality checks on materials and workmanship.</li><li>Implement health, safety, and environmental protocols at the site.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local laws, permits, and approvals.</li><li>Technical Documentation &amp; Reporting</li><li>Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and tender documents.</li><li>Maintain project documentation, drawings, and reports.</li><li>Present progress updates and technical solutions to management.</li><li>Problem Solving &amp; Support</li><li>Resolve technical issues during construction.</li><li>Provide engineering solutions for structural challenges.</li><li>Recommend improvements for efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
