We work with UK- and US-based clients and operate with a structured, performance-driven approach.Ayzel Global is expanding its in-house creative team to support brand building, recruitment marketing, and client-facing visual communication.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Graphic Designer to support Ayzel Global&rsquo;s internal marketing and branding initiatives. This role focuses on producing clean, professional, and consistent visual assets across digital platforms, aligned with a B2B and recruitment-led brand.The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to work within defined brand systems.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design visual assets for:</li><li>Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)</li><li>Recruitment and employer branding</li><li>Corporate presentations and internal materials</li><li>Website and digital marketing assets</li><li>Maintain consistency with Ayzel Global&rsquo;s brand guidelines</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and Videographer</li><li>Prepare designs for multiple formats and aspect ratios</li><li>Manage revisions efficiently and meet deadlines</li><li>Organise and maintain design files and assets</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; InDesign is a plus)</li><li>Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color usage</li><li>Ability to translate briefs into clean, professional visuals</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management</li><li>Ability to work independently within structured workflows</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)<ul><li>Experience designing for B2B or service-based brands</li><li>Familiarity with social media design requirements</li><li>Basic motion or animated graphics experience</li><li>Experience working with international clients or teams</li><li>Familiarity with Canva (for template-based work, where required)</li></ul>Salary &amp; Growth<ul><li>Initial Salary: Competitive, based on experience</li><li>Probation Period: 3 months</li><li>Post-Probation Salary Boost:</li><li>Guaranteed salary increase upon successful completion of probation</li><li>Additional performance-based growth opportunities thereafter</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Full-time, in-house role at Ayzel Global</li><li>Clear scope of responsibility and structured workflows</li><li>Exposure to global clients and multi-industry services</li><li>Supportive team environment with defined growth paths</li><li>Long-term career progression</li></ul>Location &amp; Work Type<ul><li>Location: On-site (Ayzel Global office)</li><li>Work Type: Full-time</li><li>Department: Marketing / Creative</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Please share your portfolio as a link</li></ul>Work Location: In person
