External Audit Manager (Bi-lingual Arabic &amp; English)Location: United Arab Emirates Company: AZ Advisory Services Department: Audit Position Level: ManagerAbout the RoleAZ Advisory Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced External Audit Manager who is fluent in Arabic and English, has a strong background with a Big Four firm, and embodies professionalism, flexibility, and strong character. The ideal candidate is client-focused, proactive, and capable of leading audit teams while supporting business development and internal collaboration.Key Responsibilities Audit &amp; Technical Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage external audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.</li><li>Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audits in accordance with IFRS, ISA, and UAE regulatory standards.</li><li>Review audit documentation, working papers, and financial statements to ensure quality and compliance.</li><li>Prepare audit reports, management letters, and recommendations for improvements.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technical standards.</li></ul>Client Management &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Build and expand client relationships, contributing to new client acquisition and business growth.</li><li>Actively participate in business development initiatives, proposals, and presentations.</li><li>Maintain consistent follow-ups related to client collections, ensuring timely payments and proper documentation.</li><li>Provide exceptional communication, support, and service to clients, addressing issues promptly and professionally.</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Supervise, train, and mentor audit team members, promoting a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.</li><li>Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery.</li><li>Collaborate closely with other departments (Tax, Advisory, Finance, Administration) and provide assistance when needed to support firm-wide objectives.</li><li>Demonstrate flexibility in taking on additional tasks, responsibilities, and cross-functional assignments.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CA, SOCPA, or equivalent) preferred.</li><li>Minimum 6&ndash;8 years of external audit experience, including experience working with a Big Four firm.</li><li>Proven experience in:</li><li>Managing audit teams</li><li>Conducting multiple simultaneous engagements</li><li>Building and maintaining strong client relationships</li><li>Supporting new client acquisition</li><li>Following up on client collections</li><li>Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and UAE regulatory environment.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.</li><li>High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Smart, adaptable, and solution-driven.</li><li>Strong character with high integrity and professionalism.</li><li>Flexible and proactive, with the ability to support other departments when required.</li><li>Positive team leader with strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Commitment to quality, deadlines, and client satisfaction.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic Fluently (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>ACCA Cert?
