Overview:AZ Construction &amp; Renovation &ndash; Tucson, AZ (Full-time &bull; Supports both Tucson &amp; Scottsdale offices)About the RoleAZ Construction &amp; Renovation (AZCR) is seeking a dual-skilled IT &amp; Marketing Coordinator to support our rapidly growing construction and restoration company. This role is 50% IT support and 50% digital marketing/SEO, with daily tasks ranging from Microsoft 365 troubleshooting to managing our website and online presence.Perfect for someone who enjoys tech, organization, problem-solving, and improving online visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support &amp; Systems (50%)<ul><li>Manage Microsoft 365 (email, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams).</li><li>Set up &amp; maintain laptops, printers, mobile devices, and basic networking (Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls).</li><li>Daily help desk support for office and field teams.</li><li>Maintain user accounts, backups, antivirus, and IT asset inventory.</li><li>Document simple how-to guides and coordinate with vendors when needed.</li></ul>Marketing, Website &amp; SEO (50%)<ul><li>Update and manage WordPress website (pages, photos, plugins).</li><li>Execute local SEO for Tucson &amp; Scottsdale (metadata, keywords, Google Maps ranking).</li><li>Manage Google Business Profiles, online listings, and post new project content.</li><li>Monitor reviews and support reputation management.</li><li>Track website traffic, keyword trends, and lead performance.</li><li>Assist with basic content creation for social media and project highlights.</li></ul>QualificationsRequired:<ul><li>2&ndash;3+ years IT support (Microsoft 365, Windows, networking basics).</li><li>2+ years SEO or digital marketing (local SEO preferred).</li><li>Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console, Google Business Profile.</li><li>Strong writing, organization, and troubleshooting skills.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Construction/restoration industry experience.</li><li>Basic HTML/CSS &amp; light design/photo editing.</li><li>Familiarity with PSA Canam systems or similar platforms.</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Full-time, Monday&ndash;Friday (on-site Tucson; remote support for Scottsdale).</li><li>Competitive salary based on IT + SEO experience.</li><li>Growth opportunities as AZCR expands.</li></ul>IT support, Microsoft 365, Office 365, help desk, networking, systems admin, digital marketing, SEO, local SEO, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, website management, marketing coordinator, Tucson, Scottsdale, construction, restoration.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $56,966.50 - $72,787.62 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>IT support: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>SEO tools: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>B2B marketing: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Social media management: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>CRM software: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
