<div>We&rsquo;re seeking a warm, welcoming, and patient-centered Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team. If you&rsquo;re passionate about providing excellent care and building long-term relationships with patients, we&rsquo;d love to meet you!
What we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul><li>
1&ndash;2 years of RDH experience preferred</li><li>
A compassionate, friendly personality with excellent communication skills</li><li>
Someone who values quality care and enjoys working in a supportive team environment</li><li>
A long-term team member who wants to grow with our practice</li><li>
Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix preferred)</li></ul>
Responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Providing thorough and gentle dental hygiene care</li><li>
Educating patients on oral health and preventive care</li><li>
Supporting a positive patient experience from start to finish</li><li>
Collaborating with the dental team to ensure high-quality care</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Current Arizona state licensure to practice as a Dental Hygienist</li><li>
Certification in CPR and basic life support (BLS).</li><li>
Laser Certification</li><li>
Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred, but not mandatory, for entry-level positions.</li><li>
Proficiency in using dental equipment and tools, including X-ray machines and ultrasonic scalers.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and oral health education.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.</li><li>
Attention to detail and precision in performing dental hygiene tasks.</li><li>
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.</li><li>
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.</li></ul>
