Join us to inspire growth, enhance employee capabilities, and elevate our organization&rsquo;s performance through impactful training and development strategies.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement engaging curriculum content utilizing instructional design principles such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to ensure effective learning experiences.</li><li>Lead the creation of training programs for employee orientation, talent management, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.</li><li>Manage the full training lifecycle including needs assessment, content development using tools like Adobe Captivate and SharePoint, and program evaluation through employee feedback and data collection.</li><li>Deliver compelling training sessions in classroom settings or via virtual platforms, utilizing strong presentation skills and public speaking techniques to motivate participants.</li><li>Oversee the administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Workday or HRIS platforms to track progress and maintain accurate training records.</li><li>Collaborate with Human Resources and organizational leaders to align training programs with business objectives, change management strategies, and organizational design.</li><li>Facilitate mentoring programs and coaching sessions to support employee growth and leadership development.</li><li>Conduct research on industry best practices in human capital management, HR sourcing, and training innovations to continuously enhance program quality.</li><li>Support employee evaluation processes by designing assessment tools that measure learning outcomes and skill acquisition.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate new learning technologies like Salesforce or SharePoint into existing training frameworks.</li><li>Lead efforts in conflict management during training sessions by fostering an inclusive environment that encourages open communication.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in designing and delivering adult education programs within a corporate environment.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, and the use of various learning technology platforms including LMS systems like Workday or HRIS tools.</li><li>Strong background in program management for training &amp; development initiatives with a focus on talent management, succession planning, and performance improvement.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences through public speaking and presentation skills.</li><li>Experience facilitating employee orientation sessions, mentoring programs, and change management initiatives.</li><li>Familiarity with data collection techniques for evaluating training effectiveness and conducting research on industry trends related to human resources management.</li><li>Classroom experience combined with technical proficiency in tools such as Adobe Captivate, SharePoint, Salesforce, or other e-learning platforms is highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of HR processes including employee relations, employee evaluation systems, HR sourcing strategies, and workday or similar HRIS systems is preferred.
