<div>Job Summary 
The Zone Supervisor &ndash; Souq7 is responsible for supervising and monitoring assigned zones within Souq7 to ensure smooth daily operations, proper coordination with tenants, and a clean, safe, and organized environment for visitors and stakeholders.
The role supports the operations team by conducting regular field visits, following up on tenant requirements, reporting operational observations, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring that Souq7 standards and procedures are maintained across the assigned area.
This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who have strong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills, and who are able to work in a dynamic field environment.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Monitor the assigned zone within Souq7 on a daily basis to ensure operational standards are maintained.</li><li>
Conduct regular field inspections and report any observations related to cleanliness, maintenance, safety, tenant activities, visitor experience, or general site appearance.</li><li>
Coordinate with tenants to understand their operational needs, follow up on their requests, and escalate issues to the relevant team when required.</li><li>
Support communication between tenants, service providers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.</li><li>
Follow up on maintenance, cleaning, security, and facility-related matters within the assigned zone.</li><li>
Assist in ensuring that tenants comply with Souq7 operational guidelines, procedures, and site standards.</li><li>
Prepare daily reports, observations, and follow-up updates for the Operations Team.</li><li>
Support visitor and tenant inquiries by providing professional assistance and directing matters to the concerned department when needed.</li><li>
Assist during events, peak periods, or special activities by supporting crowd flow, tenant coordination, and operational readiness.</li><li>
Report any incidents, safety concerns, tenant violations, or service quality issues in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>
Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure pending matters are followed up and resolved.</li><li>
Support the overall objective of maintaining Souq7 as a welcoming, organized, and well-managed destination.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is required.</li><li>
Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are preferred.</li><li>
Preferred academic majors include:<ul><li>

Economics</li><li>

Strong communication, coordination, customer service, and follow-up skills.</li><li>
Good command of English, spoken and written, is an advantage.</li><li>
Preference will be given to candidates residing in neighborhoods or areas surrounding Souq7 to support job stability and ease of commuting.</li><li>

Overseeing day-to-day mall operations, ensuring high-quality standards across all services, and meeting tenant and customer expectations. The role involves coordinating operational teams and contractors, managing tenant compliance, maintaining safety and security, monitoring property standards, and ensuring efficient financial and administrative processes. The position also focuses on mentoring staff, resolving conflicts, and providing accurate operational reporting to management.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Oversee daily mall operations including maintenance, security, cleaning, pest control, waste collection, administration, and customer service.</li><li>
Coordinate and supervise mall team and contractor employees to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>
Conduct tenant orientation meetings covering emergency procedures, communication systems, and security protocols.</li><li>
Maintain strong working relationships with municipal emergency services (Police, Civil Defense, Fire, Para Medics).</li><li>
Identify and report Health &amp; Safety risks affecting employees, contractors, and the public.</li><li>
Ensure tenant shops comply with operational standards (appearance, merchandise, trading hours, waste, signage) via audits and visits; enforce compliance through warnings or contractual penalties.</li><li>
Ensure mall operating policies and procedures, including Occupational Health &amp; Safety standards, are followed by tenants, contractors, and service providers.</li><li>
Prepare daily reports on vehicular traffic and operational issues; provide weekly summaries to management.</li><li>
Implement cost-saving programs and improve operational efficiencies.</li><li>
Maintain high-quality property standards through daily checks and preventive maintenance of cleanliness, AC, lighting, assets, and equipment.</li><li>
Supervise, mentor, and develop the Mall Operations team; identify potential talent and support professional growth.</li><li>
Collect and analyze tenant sales reports to support management decisions.</li><li>
Ensure timely collection of tenant payments (rent, charges, deposits) and processing of operational payables within budget authority levels.</li><li>
Conduct annual review of retailer performance and provide recommendations for tenant mix and usage planning.</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date records for mall operations (insurance, certificates, approvals) and tenant documentation (leases, licenses, insurance, permits).</li><li>
Handle conflicts and disputes among tenants, customers, and visitors smoothly, coordinating with security to avoid disruptions.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.</li><li>
Overall 10+ years of professional work experience, 4 &ndash; 6 years' experience in Mall operations management position</li><li>
Proven track record handling mall operations / maintenance, Safety &amp; Security, and Facilities management preferably in a reputed large shopping malls / Real Estate companies</li><li>
Fluent in English</li></ul>
