<div><div>Healthcare Executive Placements, Inc. (HCEPInc) is seeking an Interim Clinical Nurse Director, Maternal Child Health for a W2 Contract position based in Santa Clara, CA.</div> 
Schedule: Full Time, 5x8s, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks (possibility of extending)
Compensation:
This position offers a daily rate of $730 to $750 which equates to $3,650 to $3,750 per week (based on a 5-day / 40-hour workweek)
Per Diems: Lodging: $192 per day and Meals &amp; Incidentals: $92 per day
Per diems are paid daily, 7 days a week, totaling $1,988 per week
Auto Stipend: $25 per day
Stipend is paid daily, 7 days a week, totaling $175 per week
Total Weekly Compensation (Daily Rate + Per Diems + Stipend): Between $5,813 to $5,913 per week
Benefits: Paid sick leave, Paid holidays, Co-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, Cafeteria plan access and 401(k) retirement plan. 
Summary:<div></div> 
Plans, organizes, directs, evaluates and coordinates inpatient nursing services and/or integrated outpatient- inpatient nursing services across the continuum of care within Service Area. 
Essential Functions:<div></div> 
Collaborates with other Service Directors in identifying and implementing innovative models and best practices, emphasizing service improvements and cost reduction.
Directs development and implementation of quality and utilization standards across the continuum of care to ensure coordinated plans of treatment, customer focused delivery of services and cost effective utilization of necessary services.
Ensures compliance with administrative, legal and regulatory requirements of the Health Plan contract and governmental and accrediting agencies.
Oversees the development of department standards as identified by regulatory agencies.
Develops services that achieve a high level of customer satisfaction with emphasis on customer service, highest standards of quality and innovation. Manages and resolves human resource, labor relations, employee and department safety and risk management issues.
May act as site administrator.
Utilizes research data to implement clinical changes and the delivery of patient care and member services.
Directs the budget and resource allocations. Manages the financial performance and identifies and implements strategies to reduce costs and improve quality of care and services. 
Qualifications:<div></div> 
BSN or BA in health care related field required. Masters degree preferred.
Current California RN license required.
BLS Certification required.
Substantial nursing experience in Maternal Child Health specialties required.
Progressive management experience - minimum 5 years required.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills required.
Demonstrated knowledge of Nurse Practice Act, The Joint Commission, and other local, state, and federal regulations required.
