Experience: Minimum of 5 years in organizational change management or a related field, with proven experience managing change during system implementations.</div><div>
Industry Knowledge: Background in working within a corporate, technology, or project-driven environment, with experience leading large-scale, complex change initiatives.</div><div>
Change Management Frameworks: In-depth knowledge of change management principles and methodologies, such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, or similar.</div><div>
Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience integrating change management into project plans. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.</div><div>
Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to interpret and utilize data (e.g., user engagement metrics, survey results) to assess change progress and adapt strategies as needed.</div><div>
Technology Familiarity: Understanding of IT system concepts and their impact on business processes to facilitate effective change communication.</div><div>

Technical Business Analyst 2

<div><div><b>Join AZAD as a Security Co</b><b>ntrol Assessor</b><b> and </b><b>support the Cybersecurity Engineering &amp; Risk Management organization to ensure the agency's Information Systems are operated and maintained as per Federal Information Security Management Act and Authorizing Official &ldquo;Authority to Operate&rdquo; requirements. This position will perform work as outlined below to meet requirements through system assessments, design, implementation and documentation of information system security controls as defined by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The position requires demonstrated skills in applying cyber security and privacy principles across a wide portfolio of internal (on premise) and cloud-based IT systems. The work typically involves reviewing and developing implementation details for control standards. The work will also require collaboratively working with privacy, cyber security, software development, and operations teams on the implementation and documentation of the control standards at the system level to ensure current or new systems achieve and maintain ATO.</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
