Join us and be a key player in ensuring smooth daily operations while enjoying a collaborative and energetic workplace culture!Duties<ul><li>Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management and appointment scheduling.</li><li>Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent customer service.</li><li>Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office suite and productivity software.</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and spreadsheets to ensure easy access and accuracy of information.</li><li>Manage office supplies inventory, coordinate office maintenance needs, and oversee front desk operations to create a welcoming environment.</li><li>Assist with client communication, follow-up emails, and support customer service initiatives to enhance client satisfaction.</li><li>Support office management tasks such as organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and managing calendars for multiple team members.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role with office management responsibilities is a plus.</li><li>Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data entry, spreadsheets, and general computer literacy.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus.</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is preferred for handling basic financial tasks.</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk procedures, filing systems, and clerical duties.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.</li><li>Very computer Savy, organized, and sharp.</li></ul>Join our team as an Executive Assistant where your organizational talents will make a real impact!
