This role is for someone who understands how to coordinate, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You&rsquo;ll make sure campaigns don&rsquo;t just get started but actually keep running and get results. That means:<ul><li>Coordinating PPC, SEO, email, and direct mail campaigns</li><li>Updating and optimizing our website</li><li>Writing and editing marketing copy for emails, ads, landing pages, and blogs (you don&rsquo;t need to be a pro copywriter, but you need to know what &ldquo;good&rdquo; looks like)</li><li>Managing lists, spreadsheets, reports, and campaign data to keep everything on track</li><li>Helping analyze results and suggest optimizations</li><li>Working with designers, writers, and leadership to move projects from idea to execution</li><li>Pitching creative ideas to test (we love experimenting)</li></ul>This role is full-time, in-office (Mesa/Gilbert border), and very hands-on.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE This isn&rsquo;t exact, but here&rsquo;s an idea of things you'd do throughout a typical week:<ul><li>Compile mailing list and send postcard to printer with instructions</li><li>Schedule 3 social media posts for next week</li><li>Outline next month&rsquo;s social calendar</li><li>Review ad performance of a specific campaign, make adjustments, and launch a new A/B test</li><li>Brainstorm the concepts of a new video advertisement</li><li>Help put the finishing touches on different video ad campaign getting ready for launch</li><li>Document campaign expenses</li><li>Schedule 3 marketing emails</li><li>Draft 1 blog post, get it approved and queued up for publishing</li><li>Make progress on CRM clean-up and campaign reporting</li></ul>So, kind of a wide range of different marketing functions.You&rsquo;ll collaborate with your manager (that&rsquo;s me), but we expect you to be independent (or at least have the potential to become independent) and proactive in keeping campaigns moving.WHO WE&rsquo;RE LOOKING FOR We&rsquo;re not looking for a task robot, and we&rsquo;re not looking for someone whose only marketing experience is posting on social media for their cousin&rsquo;s Etsy shop. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who:<ul><li>Has at least 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, or related roles with an agency or in-house marketing team.</li><li>Has a sharp mind and is eager to learn more.</li><li>Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts without losing track.</li><li>Understand marketing strategy and tactics (at least at basic level) and is looking to make a career out of marketing.</li><li>Understands that marketing is a numbers game and that every campaign can be improved and optimized and is willing to dig into the numbers to figure out what to tweak.</li><li>Is comfortable with tech and excited to learn new tools (especially AI and marketing automation).</li><li>Can handle both repetitive tasks (data entry, scheduling posts) and analytical tasks (reviewing campaign results).</li><li>Communicates clearly, takes ownership, and works well with a team.</li><li>Wants to grow their skills and expand into bigger marketing responsibilities over time.</li><li>Knows how to type efficiently on a keyboard with all 10-fingers (it pains me that I have to include that )</li></ul>TOOLS YOU&rsquo;LL BE USING HERE You don&rsquo;t need to be an expert in these things, but you should already be pretty good with some of these things and comfortable learning and using new tools.<ul><li>Go High Level (CRM), ConnectWise</li><li>Microsoft 365: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Planner (especially Excel)</li><li>Google Ads and other ads platforms, Google Analytics, and other data tools</li><li>Canva (basic asset tweaks &mdash; main design is handled by our Graphic Designer)</li><li>YouTube, WordPress, Email platforms</li><li>AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Descript, Suno, Kling and more</li></ul>WHO YOU&rsquo;LL WORK WITH You&rsquo;ll be part of a small marketing team where:<ul><li>We collaborate in person, bounce ideas off each other, and keep things moving</li><li>We&rsquo;re fast-paced, energetic, and like to laugh while getting things done</li><li>Everyone has a voice &mdash; we want your input on how to make things better</li><li>You&rsquo;ll be counted on as the glue that keeps campaigns running smoothly</li></ul>CULTURE FIT (DON&rsquo;T SKIP THIS PART) We&rsquo;re looking for someone who:<ul><li>Is likeable, fun, positive, and hard-working</li><li>Plays nice with others (save the drama for your mama)</li><li>Wants to be part of a team that actually enjoys working together</li><li>Is humble and open to feedback</li><li>Brings ideas, energy, and personality into their work and projects</li><li>Gets excited about helping a business grow and being part of that story</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re looking for a rigid corporate structure, this isn&rsquo;t it.
