Requirements: 
 
Degree in Chemistry or related field (Master&rsquo;s a plus) 
5+ years chemical raw-material sales experience in Home &amp; Personal Care 
Proven sales track record in chemical raw materials for H&amp;PC applications in Saudi Arabia (mandatory) 
Knowledge of H&amp;PC market dynamics, key customers, competitors, trends in KSA &amp; Bahrain 
CRM experience for pipeline management &amp; forecasting 
Cross-functional collaboration experience with internal teams 
Fluent in English &amp; Arabic 
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills</div>

Sales Manager - Home & Personal Care

<div>Main Accountabilities 
<ul><li></li></ul>
Collaborate with the Commercial team and Business Manager to establish and meet annual sales budgets. 
<ul><li></li></ul>
Detecting opportunities, seek out, analyze and develop new accounts, promoting sales of the product portfolio in line with business growth strategies. 
<ul><li></li></ul>
Maintain and manage relationships with key contacts at all levels via telephone and online tools (no visits required) 
<ul><li></li></ul>
Negotiate prices, payment terms and volumes with customers to maximize returns to the business. 
<ul><li></li></ul>
Act as the main point of contact and offer administrative support to the sales team 
<ul><li></li></ul>
Serve as the direct point of contact for customers, providing after-sales support and follow-up assistance. 
<ul><li></li></ul>
Handling of suppliers, customers, and products creation on different ERP systems and regularly update them. 
<ul><li></li></ul>
Create purchasing requests (ARO) and secure the necessary approvals. 
<ul><li></li></ul>
Assist in creating and maintaining an accurate, up-to-date customer database for the relevant business unit by gathering and analyzing the market info (product, competitor, industry data, etc.) to enable development of the business strategy. 
<ul><li></li></ul>
Maintain close communication and follow up with the Supply Chain team on order execution. 
<ul><li></li></ul>
Closely monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment. 
<ul><li></li></ul>
Provide support during marketing event preparations and execution.

Monitor and follow up on customer satisfaction.
