 This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage schedules, coordinate communication, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for executives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and organize executives&rsquo; calendars, meetings, and appointments
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle confidential documents and correspondence with discretion
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Support travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in administrative and operational tasks as required
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and time-management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills in
 
 Arabic and English
 
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of professionalism and confidentiality
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
 </li>

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
 
 
 &bull; Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategic HR initiatives
 
 
 &bull; Support workforce planning and organizational development
 
 
 &bull; Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies

 HR Manager or Senior HR professional
 
 
 
 &bull; Previous experience within
 
 holding companies and/or construction industry
 
 
 
 &bull; Strong knowledge of HR operations and HR best practices
 
 
 &bull; Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
 
 
 &bull; HR certifications such as
 
 SHRM or CIPD
