Job Title: Social media ManagerIndustry: Multi-Designer Fashion StoreLocation: Raj Bhawan road, Civil Lines Raipur CG 492001Reports To: DirectorJob Summary: Role Overview:We are seeking a creative, fashion-savvy, and data-driven Social Media Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances our online presence, drives brand awareness, and converts followers into loyal customers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visual aesthetics, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of current social media trends and analytics within the fashion industry.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Strategy Development: Design and implement a social media strategy across all relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) to align with business goals.</li><li>Content Creation &amp; Curation: Formulate high-quality, original content, including engaging text, photos, and videos (especially Reels and Stories) that align with fashion trends and the brand's aesthetic.</li><li>Content Management: Create and manage a consistent content calendar, ensuring timely and regular posting across all channels.</li><li>Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a strong online community, manage brand reputation, and provide excellent customer service.</li><li>Influencer Collaboration: Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates for collaborations and partnerships to expand the brand's reach and audience.</li><li>Paid Advertising: Plan, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, tracking performance and ensuring effective ad spend to drive results.</li><li>Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and web traffic metrics (e.g., using Google Analytics) to measure campaign effectiveness, glean insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.</li><li>Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices within the fashion industry to keep the brand relevant and innovative.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive cross-channel messaging and brand consistency.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Female candidates preferred.</li><li>Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop a distinct and compelling brand voice.</li><li>A strong aesthetic sense and a keen understanding of fashion trends and visual storytelling.</li><li>Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>A self-motivated, creative mindset with a positive, customer-oriented attitude.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field (preferred).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;180,000.00 - &#8377;228,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>
