 Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

 Registered Nurse (RN) license
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong clinical knowledge and excellent decision-making skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lead and supervise a team of nursing staff.

 Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

 We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility. RNs play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents, overseeing nursing staff, and ensuring that our residents&rsquo; medical and personal needs are met in a supportive and comfortable environment.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN):
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
 </li>
 <li>
 Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility&rsquo;s continuous improvement efforts.
