If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for both business management and beauty, you are the leader we need.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership &amp; Management:<ul><li>Oversee, motivate, and manage all salon staff, including Receptionists, Hair Stylists, Nail Technicians, and Therapists.</li><li>Create, manage, and optimize weekly staff schedules and rotas to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.</li><li>Conduct staff recruitment, hiring, performance reviews, and provide continuous training and mentorship.</li><li>Mediate conflicts among staff members and ensure a positive, professional, and harmonious work environment.</li></ul>Operations &amp; Quality Control:<ul><li>Ensure all salon operations (opening, closing, maintenance) run smoothly and efficiently every day.</li><li>Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professional presentation across all service stations and public areas.</li><li>Monitor service quality and consistency, ensuring all treatments meet the salon's high standards.</li><li>Manage and resolve complex client complaints or issues with grace and professionalism.</li></ul>Business &amp; Financial Management:<ul><li>Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders for products/supplies, and minimizing waste.</li><li>Manage the till, reconcile daily transactions (cash and digital), and perform basic bookkeeping.</li><li>Identify opportunities and implement strategies to increase service bookings, retail sales, and overall salon profitability.</li><li>Marketing &amp; Client Relations:</li><li>Develop and implement local promotional campaigns, discounts, and social media activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.</li><li>Maintain excellent client relationships, encouraging loyalty and positive word-of-mouth referrals.</li></ul>Qualifications and SkillsExperience:<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the beauty, spa, or luxury retail industry.</li><li>Proven track record of managing and motivating a diverse team to achieve sales targets.</li></ul>Knowledge:<ul><li>Thorough understanding of professional salon operations, high-end beauty treatments (hair, nails, body), and retail product sales.</li><li>Familiarity with financial management, basic bookkeeping, and salon management software (POS/Booking systems).</li></ul>Core Competencies:<ul><li>Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.</li><li>Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Outstanding customer service and diplomatic communication skills.</li><li>High level of personal organization and attention to detail.</li></ul>CompensationThe salary package will be discussed in detail during the face-to-face interview process, commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.Job Type: Full-time

The primary role is to assess client skin care needs, recommend personalized treatment plans, and perform a wide range of facial and skin care services.
