Job Description: Sales &amp; Marketing ExecutiveOrganization: Samsidh Group of Schools Work Location: Multiple school campuses (priority recruitment: Anantapur, Fatehabad, Amalapuram, Narsapur, Rasipuram, Kurnool)Work Timings - 9:30 am - 5:30 pm About the RoleWe are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales &amp; Marketing Executives to join Samsidh Group of Schools. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive student admissions by effectively communicating and promoting the school&rsquo;s unique selling propositions (USP) to prospective parents and communities.Key Responsibilities - Admissions &amp; Sales<ul><li>Achieve admission targets set for the assigned campus.</li><li>Conduct effective parent counseling sessions, both in-person and online.</li><li>Convert enquiries into admissions through persuasive communication of school benefits.</li><li>Maintain enquiry-to-admission conversion ratios.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Outreach<ul><li>Promote the school&rsquo;s brand in local communities through events, workshops, and awareness campaigns.</li><li>Implement both online and offline marketing strategies (social media, digital campaigns, print, and local outreach).</li><li>Establish tie-ups with local businesses, play schools, and community groups to drive admissions.</li></ul>Stakeholder Engagement<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, prospective families, and local influencers.</li><li>Provide regular feedback from the field to school management for continuous improvement.</li><li>Coordinate with central marketing team at Azvasa Education for campaign execution.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Tracking<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM/ERP tools.</li><li>Share weekly reports on marketing activities and admissions status.</li><li>Track competition in the region and suggest strategies to strengthen school positioning.</li></ul>Candidate Profile - Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>MBA/PGDM preferred (not mandatory).</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in education, admissions, or service industry.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Attributes<ul><li>Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.</li><li>Local market knowledge and ability to connect with parents/community.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in outreach.</li><li>Comfortable working with both digital and field-based marketing.</li><li>Willingness to travel locally within assigned territory.</li></ul>Performance Indicators<ul><li>Achievement of admission targets for the assigned school.</li><li>Conversion rates from enquiries to admissions.</li><li>Effectiveness of local marketing campaigns and outreach activities.</li><li>Parent satisfaction and referral growth.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Be part of Samsidh Group of Schools, known for holistic, values-based education.</li><li>Opportunity to contribute directly to school growth and community development.</li><li>Exposure to both sales strategy and grassroots marketing in the education sector.</li><li>Attractive incentives linked to admissions performance.</li></ul>If interested, please share your new and updated resume to anushka@azvasa.in OR whatsapp to +91 8884588660.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
