- Child Development units (12 units or more ) or going to school for ECE is mandatoryResponsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool students - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in each child - Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians - Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experienceExperience: - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred - Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices - Familiarity with classroom management techniques - Experience in special education or tutoring is a plus- Child Development units (6 units or more )Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students - Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potentialNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
