We Exports agriculture products, and a Export Import, logistics &amp; Supply chain training academy dedicated to developing skilled professionals for the Export, shipping, logistics, and supply chain industry. We are looking for a smart and proactive Export cum accounts Executive to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage complete set of export documents: Invoice, Packing List, S/Bill, BL/AWB instructions, COO, Fumigation, Insurance, Inspection, Bank documents (LC), etc.Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, CFS, pack house/cold storage team for smooth shipment flow.Prepare and maintain set of invoices, purchase bills, sales bills, shipping line/airline invoices, bank documents etc.Track and monitor the shipments.Maintain shipment records, follow up for BL release and discrepancy checks.Manage front desk operations, greet visitors and handle inquiries. Maintain records.Coordinate with staff, and management for smooth daily operationsSupport administrative tasks and reportingMaintain and handle routine accounting workUpdate Excel sheets &amp; accounting software and generate reports.Assist in monthly reports, MIS and filingSkills:Knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / MS OfficeGood communication and etiquette for Customer-handlingStrong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skillsConfidence, punctuality, and polite attitudeQualifications:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (Commerce preferred)experience in accounting / back office / receptionEntry level experience in export or freight forwarding, CHA company with accounting and Excel knowledge can also applyJob time: 10:00 AM to 5:30 P&#8203;M, Monday to SaturdayJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
