We are hiring a high-performing Business Development &amp; Sales Manager who knows how to hunt, close, and grow revenue in the UK market. This role is for a proven closer with direct UK experience, ideally from the minicabs / private hire industry, who can hit the ground running and deliver measurable results from day one.This is not an entry-level or passive account-management role. We want someone who thrives on targets, negotiations, and winning new business.What You Will Do<ul><li>Aggressively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the UK</li><li>Win corporate contracts, B2B accounts, and high-value partnerships in the PHV/minicabs space</li><li>Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing</li><li>Build a strong, predictable sales pipeline and consistently exceed revenue targets</li><li>Leverage industry knowledge to outperform competitors in a crowded UK market</li><li>Develop strategic relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders</li><li>Work closely with operations to ensure fast onboarding and client retention</li><li>Track performance, forecast accurately, and report results to senior leadership</li></ul>What We Expect<ul><li>Proven UK-based sales and business development experience (mandatory)</li><li>Strong preference for minicabs / private hire / transport industry background</li><li>Demonstrated history of closing deals and hitting or exceeding sales targets</li><li>Deep understanding of the UK PHV landscape, pricing models, and regulations</li><li>Confident negotiator with a hunter mentality and commercial edge</li><li>Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working under pressure</li><li>Strong CRM discipline and data-driven sales approach</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
