Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated IT &amp; Facility Manager with 1&ndash;2 years of experience in IT support, Microsoft 365, networking, and basic facility operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can manage day-to-day IT tasks while ensuring smooth facility operations.Key Responsibilities IT ResponsibilitiesERP &amp; Microsoft 365<ul><li>Provide basic support for ERP systems (user access, troubleshooting, system updates).</li><li>Manage Microsoft 365 accounts (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licensing).</li></ul>Networking &amp; Infrastructure<ul><li>Support LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, VPN router configuration, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Assist with firewall, switch, and network device monitoring.</li></ul>Security &amp; Endpoint Management<ul><li>Maintain antivirus/endpoint security tools.</li><li>Apply basic IT security practices and updates.</li></ul>User Support<ul><li>Deliver daily IT support for staff (hardware, software, printer, and network issues).</li><li>Manage IT asset inventory and maintain documentation.</li></ul>Facility Management Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination.</li><li>Handle office equipment, workspace setup, and safety checks.</li><li>Support daily operations to keep the workplace safe and efficient.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma/Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.</li><li>Basic experience with:</li><li>ERP systems</li><li>Microsoft 365 admin</li><li>Networking (routers, switches, Wi-Fi, VPN)</li><li>Antivirus/endpoint security tools</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.</li><li>Willingness to learn and take on both IT and facility responsibilities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
