Education Qualifications: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Corporate Law, or related field.Experience:3-5 years in Document management and UAE based government operationsPurpose:To manage, organize, and safeguard all family and business-related documents &mdash; including legal papers, property records, financial files, and personal archives &mdash; ensuring easy access, confidentiality, and accuracy at all times. The role supports the smooth operation of the family office through reliable documentation control and administrative coordination. To maintain accurate record of company licenses, IDs and related documents, expiry, renewal, amendment, etc.Required/Preferred Skills: <ul><li>Strong organizational and data management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE government systems (DED, ICA, Free Zone portals).</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and file management tools (Google Drive, OneDrive, or similar).</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.</li><li>High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.</li><li>Stakeholder management skills d</li><li>Knowledge or familiarity with UAE Law</li></ul>Job Description Role and Responsibilities <ul><li>Maintain a secure filing and archiving system for all personal, legal, property, and financial documents (both hard copy and digital).</li><li>Track document versions, updates, and renewals (e.g.,family visas, licenses, contracts, property leases, insurance, wills).</li><li>Ensure all records are accurate, up to date, and stored safely in accordance with privacy and data protection standards.</li><li>Coordinate with legal, banking, and government entities to submit or retrieve required documentation.</li><li>Maintain confidential databases and document registers, ensuring backups and digital security.</li><li>Assist with organizing personal and corporate paperwork for audits, renewals, and family office meetings.</li><li>Prepare and scan documents, create soft copies, and manage digital folders and drives.</li><li>Handle sensitive family and business information with the utmost discretion.</li><li>Support other administrative functions as required, including correspondence, scheduling, and file retrieval.</li><li>Responsible for corporate secretarial work, including shareholder amendments, license renewals, and company structure updates across UAE government portals.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
