</p><p>As a Territory Sales Executive at B. Braun Group you will play a vital role maintaining efficient production processes for the manufacturing of our high-quality medical products.
</p></div></div></div></div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b>Key Responsibilities
</b></p><ul><li>To look after the territorial sales in terms of all aspects including achieving sales targets in terms of Values, Units , SBA (Applicable for Cluster 2) &amp; managing the territorial distribution network.
</li><li>Achieving desired market shares in defined area
</li><li>Meeting customers as per customer list and reaching required call average , coverage &amp; compliance.
</li><li>Conduct product, therapy related activities as per company marketing guidelines.
</li><li>Responsible for establishing strong customer base for company products.
</li><li>Generating demand from the customers, hospitals.
</li><li>Driving company strategies.
</li><li>Report daily calls and other effort parameters as defined as per the company guidelines in Company internal portal
</li><li>Enhancement of product knowledge through trainings and self learnings.
</li><li>Collecting monthly stock and sales statements of the dealers and reporting sales in Company internal portal with utmost accuracy.
</li><li>Monthly uploading of Secondary data in Company internal portal ( Applicable only for ORS Business).
</li><li>Regular Updates on MCL ( Must to See Customer List) in company internal portals.
</li></ul><ul><li>Develop strong Key Opinion Leader (KOL) base
</li><li>Monthly Quarterly update of database of customers
</li><li>Understanding the market, the customer and the competition, gather insights from the market place.
</li><li>Reporting Lead Generation in company internal portal as per BU Norms
</li></ul><p><b>What you will bring to the team:

</li><li>Ability to plan logically and conduct numerical analysis.

</li><li>Excellent written, communication &amp; listening skills and empathy.
</li><li>Demonstrate performance and result orientation and utmost integrity , equity.
</li><li>Preferred to Have &ndash; Graduation or Masters in Science/Pharmacy/Biotechnology/Biomedical engineering.
</li><li>Post graduation in Management would be an added advantage.
</li><li>Graduation is a MUST.
</li>Experience: 8-10years of preferable sales experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences/Pharmacy , most preferred being Medical Device industry.<br>
