The ideal candidate will have strong experience in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, experimentation, and stakeholder engagement, and a proven ability to translate complex results into clear, actionable recommendations that drive budget decisions and marketing effectiveness.

 Responsibilities:

 Measure drivers of player acquisition, reactivation, and long-term value across marketing channels.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Own campaign post-mortems, attribution modeling, and funnel analysis to connect spend and impressions to engagement and monetization outcomes.
 
 </li>

 Partner with Growth Marketing and Finance to inform budget allocation and build scalable measurement frameworks.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Engage stakeholders through presentations, training, and insight-driven discussions to influence decisions.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Determine data requirements and implement best practices for data manipulation, storage, and analysis strategies.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise ETL processes supporting marketing analytics.

 Modify databases and data pipelines, and direct technical teams to implement changes as needed.

 Test programs and databases, resolve errors, and deliver stable data outputs for stakeholders.

 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.

 8&ndash;10 years of applicable experience in data science, data engineering, or analytics roles.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficiency with database technologies and SQL for large-scale data analysis.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Hands-on experience with ETL design and orchestration in production environments.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Knowledge of at least one scripting language such as Python or Scala for data processing and modeling.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Marketing analytics experience, including attribution, experimentation, and funnel measurement.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong written and oral communication skills with demonstrated stakeholder engagement.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a record of delivering insights that drive decisions.

 Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain heavy stakeholder experience with presenting insights and influencing stakeholder decisions and driving those conversations. Databricks exposure/experience
