 We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Level III) to join our Wealth Management Client Services Banking and Brokerage team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume call center client support, financial account servicing, and multi-application navigation and a proven ability to deliver accurate, compliant, and client-focused resolutions on first contact.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 Assist high-net-worth clients with inbound inquiries on Bank of America banking products and Merrill Lynch investment accounts, including balance inquiries, account maintenance, online navigation, and transaction research.
 
 
 Provide clear, complete, and accurate responses at point of call to clients and internal partners.
 
 
 Deliver quality service by supporting effective and efficient operations for internal business partners and external customers.

 As a Data Operations Technician, you will join the Product Data Operations team in Burlingame and Redmond to support Client Robotics Studio data collection and annotation projects. You will work directly with new and emerging VR/AR technologies, performing hands-on data collection, annotation, and quality assurance tasks. This is a full-time, on-site contingent worker (CWX) role managed directly by the Reality Labs Project Manager.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Must-Have Skills
 
 
 
 1 Ability to follow precise protocols and maintain high data quality standards during repetitive tasks.
 
 
 2 Comfort with operating and troubleshooting AR/VR devices (such as Quest 3 headsets) and basic computer literacy for using internal data tools.
 
 
 3 Ability to identify workflow inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and contribute feedback to enhance operational protocols and tools.
