Key Responsibilities:

Driving Duties:
<ul>
<li>Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and crew members to and from job sites.</li>
<li>Load, secure, and unload equipment and materials as required.</li>
<li>Perform routine inspections, maintenance checks, and minor adjustments on vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate logs, inspection records, and other required documentation.</li>
<li>Adhere to all local traffic laws, company policies, and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.</li>
</ul>
Labor Duties:
<ul>
<li>Assist with site preparation, including digging trenches, setting poles, and laying conduit.</li>
<li>Operate and maintain hand tools, small machinery, and other equipment used in telecommunications construction.</li>
<li>Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials.</li>
<li>Work outdoors in various weather conditions to support construction activities.</li>
<li>Follow safety protocols and participate in safety training programs to maintain a safe work environment.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.</li>
</ul>
License:
<ul>
<li>Valid Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License (CDL), Class A preferred or willingness to obtain.</li>
<li>Clean driving record.</li>
<li>Experience:</li>
<li>Prior experience in construction, telecommunications, or related fields is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to operate heavy machinery is an advantage.</li>
<li>Physical Requirements:</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work overtime and travel short-term as project demands.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.</li>
