Summary

The Sr Manager of Quality and Systems is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Company&rsquo;s Quality Management Systems. 
This will be done through leading teams, developing quality strategies, conducting audits, ensuring sustainable quality performance from suppliers, driving cross-functional alignment on defect reduction, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The Sr Manager of Quality and Systems ensures that products and processes comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and live up to the reputation our company has earned over the past 50-plus years. 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to rigorously uphold quality standards by formulating, developing, and overseeing goals, objectives, policies, procedures, systems, and outcomes pertaining to quality controls, assessments, and audits.</li>
<li>Partner with the Production and Design Engineering teams to develop quality inspection and product release programs by institutionalizing best practices for inspecting and releasing raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and processes for all existing and new product lines.</li>
<li>Champion data-driven decisions in the implementation and integration of continuous improvement tools, and by scheduling and performing quality audits, providing feedback, and sharing report findings.</li>
<li>Develop internal and external customer loyalty and rapport by receiving and reviewing customer satisfaction surveys, resolving as needed, and liaising with global stakeholders and customers in the execution of timely corrective actions.</li>
<li>Manages workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.</li>
<li>Responsible for document and record control, management review of documented issues, and develops preventative action measures to ensure customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Responsible for the RMA process. Ensure customer relationships are continuously strengthened and reviews quality data that is gathered through the warranty to identify any quality trends.</li>
<li>Continuously improve quality processes and production efficiencies by managing the investigations and testing of new processes, methods, innovations, and techniques.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Manufacturing to identify trends, close feedback loops, and prevent recurrence of non-conformances.</li>
<li>Lead management reviews and present systemic improvement plans.</li>
<li>Oversee corrective and preventive action, change management, and document control.</li>
<li>Manage the Quality team.</li>
<li>Designs and implements corporate quality assurance training programs to key personnel in conjunction with managers.</li>
<li>Other duties and projects as assigned.</li>

Summary

The Senior Manager Production Planning leads the production planning and supply chain functions. This role is responsible for ensuring the on-time, compliant delivery of high-quality products while optimizing inventory, capacity, and resource utilization. The position drives the design, execution, and continuous improvement of business processes and systems that support manufacturing operations. Acting as a key cross-functional liaison, the Senior Manager leads Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system enhancements and strategic initiatives for manufacturing. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP), lean manufacturing, and ISO compliance, along with strong leadership to promote scalability, operational excellence, and ongoing process improvement.

Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage a diverse team made of Supply Chain professionals and Industrial Engineers.</li>
<li>Manage multiple, complex projects by establishing key metrics and standardized processes to measure performance and drive efficiencies.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a demand-driven Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with sales forecasts, customer orders, and new product introductions.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Establishes process to continually audit and refine planning processes where deficiencies or opportunities for continuous improvement exist</li>
</ul><ul><li>Coordinate and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to ensure plan execution.</li>
<li>Translates the monthly S&amp;OP strategy into weekly, executable tasks.</li>
<li>Addresses short-term issues like delayed shipments, material shortages, or urgent customer needs.</li>
<li>Gets sales, operations, finance, and other teams to agree on immediate actions.</li>
<li>Drills down from product families (S&amp;OP) to specific SKUs, customer orders, and production lines.</li>
<li>Focuses on deviations from the plan and managing trade-offs.</li>
<li>Serve as Subject Matter Expert and functional lead for ERP systems supporting manufacturing operations.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Oversee demand management process to safeguard ability to meet production schedule and meet on-time delivery</li>
