Associate of Corporate Strategy and Business Development&rsquo;s role is primarily to support the Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development, the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer in the financial planning and analysis of the business and corporate finance, including capital raising, M&amp;A and investor relations activities of the company.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Creating financial models in order to project the cash flow and profitability of the company</li><li>
Delivering several scenarios of growth, margins, working capital and capital structure options</li><li>
Working with key management to create an internal financial budgeting plan</li><li>
Building monthly, quarterly and annual budgets from scratch, and creating breakeven and returns analyses</li><li>
Interacting with sales team, marketing team and other operational teams to help build a budgeting analysis</li><li>
Integrating information from various businesses of the company into a single roll-up analysis</li><li>
Presenting financial planning and analysis results to senior management including the Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development, the CFO and the CEO</li><li>
Assisting with reporting of B&amp;G Food&rsquo;s SEC filings, including creating earnings releases, earnings presentations, earnings call scripts and any other required reporting activities of a publicly listed company</li><li>
Developing all documentation, presentations, financial models, memos, etc. for any corporate finance (capital raising/M&amp;A) activities of the company</li><li>
Analyzing potential strategic acquisitions for the company, including performing valuation and accretion/dilution analyses</li><li>
Creating ad hoc financial analyses to support the business</li><li>
Marketing B&amp;G Foods to equity and debt investors</li></ul>
Experience, Skills, Education:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field from a top tier university</li><li>
2-5 years of work experience in a corporate finance, accounting or investment banking/consulting role</li><li>
Knowledge of the SEC requirements of a public company</li><li>
Strong familiarity with capital markets and M&amp;A processes</li><li>
Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint</li><li>
Must be adept in developing financial models and performing technical analyses</li><li>
Must be proficient in taking analyses and creating presentations that deliver a clear message of results</li><li>
Must have excellent writing skills</li></ul>
Compensation:
Base Pay Range:
$99,000.00 - $165,000.00
Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.

The role of the Sr. Project Engineer is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Sr. Project Engineer will provide tactical leadership for process design, operations process controls, and process optimization. He/she shall identify and execute performance/process improvements, cost savings initiatives, and quality and food safety improvements across the internal and external supply chain. The Sr. Project Engineer will also define the project&rsquo;s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Lastly, the Sr. Project Engineer will coach and train site/functional members on methodologies, philosophies, core objectives, process improvements, and food safety improvements as directed.
Responsibilities:<div><ul><li>
Perform process design, scope validation, development, and implementation of capital projects as assigned.</li><li>
Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.</li><li>
Evaluate, develop, and implement core manufacturing processes to deliver efficiency and reduce costs.</li><li>
Facilitate and lead troubleshooting of manufacturing inefficiencies and quality opportunities as needed across the supply chain.</li><li>
Execute the development and implementation of continuous improvement activities and food safety process improvements across the co-manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Analyze and develop action plans to optimize current processes to meet all customer and internal requirements.</li><li>
Conduct project post mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.</li><li>
Perform risk assessments of equipment and processes being used throughout the supply chain.</li><li>
Evaluate and execute capacity improvement projects as needed.</li><li>
Present data, findings, and final project reports to team members and internal stakeholders.</li><li>
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.</li><li>
Utilize Best Practices of Lean Manufacturing &amp; Continuous Improvement.</li></ul>
Experience, Skills, Education:<ul><li>
At least 7 years of project management experience within a food/beverage manufacturing environment.</li><li>
A bachelor's degree in industrial, chemical engineering, or a related field is required.</li><li>
A Six Sigma or Lean certification is required, HACCP certification is preferred.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience executing process improvement projects.</li><li>
Ability to directly supervise project engineers
</li><li>Demonstrated experience with a variety of manufacturing processes.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in quality systems and food safety.</li><li>
Possess a strong knowledge of lean manufacturing programs.</li><li>
Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite &amp; Graphic Design Programs.</li><li>
Must have project management skills.</li><li>
Must have communication skills.</li><li>
