B&amp;H Surgical Instruments is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Production Manager to support daily manufacturing operations and ensure smooth, efficient production of high-quality surgical instruments. The ideal candidate will work closely with the production manager to maintain quality standards, meet production targets, and improve workflow efficiency.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities</li><li>Support production schedules to ensure timely order completion</li><li>Supervise shop floor operations and guide production staff as needed</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures</li><li>Coordinate with quality control, warehouse, and export departments</li><li>Help manage raw material usage and minimize production waste</li><li>Prepare production reports and update management on progress</li><li>Support implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives</li><li>Ensure workplace safety and proper use of tools and machinery</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in manufacturing (surgical instruments or medical devices preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in surgical instruments manufacturing</li><li>Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems</li><li>Familiarity with export-oriented production environments</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting tools)</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates are encouraged to apply through Indeed with an updated CV.Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
