We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations for our electrosurgical products. The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring production efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities.</li><li>Ensure manufacturing processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality standards.</li><li>Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve targets.</li><li>Monitor production output, adjust schedules, and ensure timely order completion.</li><li>Maintain and enforce quality control and workplace safety protocols.</li><li>Oversee equipment maintenance and resolve technical issues promptly.</li><li>Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Manage raw material inventory and coordinate procurement with relevant departments.</li><li>Prepare and present production performance reports to management.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in production supervision, ideally in the electrosurgical or medical device sector.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Knowledge of production planning, quality standards, and safety regulations.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in production management tools and Microsoft Office.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
