Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
The Commercial Plumbing Quality Assurance (QA) Representative is responsible for implementing and maintaining the quality management system for commercial plumbing projects. This role ensures that all quality standards and procedures are met and maintained on-site and coordinates with project stakeholders to guarantee compliance with quality objectives.</li><li>
Control and distribute all quality documentation for the assigned plumbing project.</li><li>
Monitor and oversee all quality-related activities on the project, with a focus on plumbing standards.</li><li>
Attend client quality management meetings and represent the project's QA interests.</li><li>
Prepare and control project-specific quality system management documentation.</li><li>
Oversee the disposition of issued nonconformance reports.</li><li>
Recommend and implement quality improvements as needed.</li><li>
Coordinate QA/QC activities with the Project Manager and Site Superintendent.</li><li>
Maintain quality-related communication with customer representatives.</li><li>
Monitor and report statistical methods as they apply to quality outcomes.</li><li>
Address and close all customer complaints effectively and efficiently.</li><li>
Control and archive project documentation upon project completion.</li><li>
Perform light administrative duties as needed to assist the Project Superintendent.</li><li>
Perform hands-on plumbing-related tasks at project sites as needed.</li><li>
Collaboration Skills, strong Communication Proficiency, Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills,Effective Time Management &ndash; ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.</li><li>
Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings and plumbing specifications.</li><li>
Ability to review and understand submittals for plumbing materials and equipment.</li><li>
Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.</li><li>
Proficiency in using iPads for field reporting.</li><li>
Ethical Conduct.</li><li>

Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
5+ years of field experience in commercial plumbing or a related certification/degree.</li><li>
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and plumbing specifications.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving skills, especially with layout and installation concepts.</li><li>
Proficiency in basic math and ability to perform relevant calculations.</li><li>
Knowledge of QA/QC tools and equipment, general office supplies, telephone, calculator, iPad, computer.</li><li>
This position requires the ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis. The employee must be able to perform tasks involving physical labor, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials, tools, or equipment. Manual material handling must be performed in accordance with OSHA safety standards and company policies to minimize risk of injury.</li><li>

ROLE SUMMARY</b><b>:</b> The Plumbing Superintendent oversees and coordinates multiple project sites and field teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality installation and construction activities. This role provides leadership to Foremen and field personnel, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. The Superintendent acts as a liaison between project management and field operations to drive performance and maintain excellence in workmanship and safety.</div><div><b>

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</div><ul><li>
Foster a culture of quality, integrity, safety, and teamwork.</li><li>
Supervise and coordinate activities of Foremen and field teams across assigned projects to ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and company standards.</li><li>
Interpret plans, specifications, and submittals; review and approve procurement of materials, tools, and equipment.</li><li>
Plan and allocate manpower and resources to maximize field productivity and minimize project delays or conflicts.</li><li>
Conduct regular project site visits to assess progress, safety compliance, and quality of work; identify and resolve issues proactively.</li><li>
Evaluate and mentor Foremen and field staff through performance appraisals, feedback, and ongoing coaching to promote professional growth and accountability.</li><li>
Ensure all assigned Foreman are completing accurate records including daily timekeeping, daily logs, safety documentation, and all other required forms.</li><li>
Coordinate closely with the BIM team to validate the precision and constructability of finalized shop drawings.</li><li>
Work with the PM &amp; Foreman to develop project manpower projections.</li><li>
Serve as the primary liaison between project management, foreman, and client representative.</li><li>
Oversee the labor tracking process for assigned projects to ensure foreman are updating progress accurately and consistently.</li><li>
Participate in jobsite meeting with project foreman on a weekly basis, aiming for in-person attendance whenever feasible (at least once every two weeks)</li><li>
Uplift and motivate Forman and team members to promote healthy job-site environment and attitude.</li><li>
Provide accurate cost to complete reports on monthly basis.</li><li>
Monitor and coordinate equipment and material delivery dates with project managers based on jobsite schedules.</li><li>
Provide approval for shop drawings in timely manner to CAD department and PMs.</li><li>
Monitor look ahead schedules and identify risks early to avoid financial impacts</li></ul><div></div><div><br>

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</div><ul><li>
Minimum of 6 years of field experience, including at least four years in a supervisory or Foreman role.</li><li>
Strong understanding of construction scheduling, coordination, and manpower planning.</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation.</li><li>
Comprehensive understanding of plumbing systems, isometric drawings, and applicable plumbing codes.</li><li>
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across trades and departments.</li><li>
Proficiency in computer-based scheduling, reporting, and communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management software).</li><li>
Med Gas experience and certification a plus.</li><li>
Valid Florida Driver&rsquo;s License required.</li></ul><div>
