 The Senior Compensation &amp; Payroll Specialist
 
 is responsible for supporting compensation administration and leading payroll execution activities, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations. The role focuses on hands-on payroll management and compensation support, working closely with HR, Finance, and Operations to maintain data integrity and operational excellence.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Compensation Support
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the maintenance of existing salary structures, job grades, and pay bands
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in annual compensation activities such as salary reviews, promotions, adjustments, and bonus payouts
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with compensation benchmarking exercises and prepare supporting analyses and reports
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Payroll Management &amp; Execution (Core Focus)
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the full payroll cycle for 500+ employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate, maintain, and optimize payroll processes using Excel and HR systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer payroll additions and deductions, including shift schedules, overtime calculations, allowances, and attendance-based payroll inputs
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare, review, and validate payroll reports, reconciliations, and variance analyses; proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate payroll records in line with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner closely with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure payroll data accuracy (new hires, terminations, salary changes, benefits, deductions, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain payroll templates, trackers, dashboards, and databases to enhance efficiency and reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities for payroll process improvements and support system upgrades, testing, and enhancements
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Must-Have Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 4-5 years of payroll experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and lookups
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing payroll for large employee populations
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications

 Accounting background (education or professional experience preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with HR or payroll systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to payroll audits and compliance reporting
