<div>As a talent acquisition intern who is passionate about candidate experience and company culture you will be responsible for the following:<ul>

Sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media to identify potential candidates for open roles.</li>
<li>Candidate Screening, reviewing resumes and conduct initial outreach to gauge candidate interest and alignment with our values.</li>
<li>Interview Coordination and managing the &quot;behind-the-scenes&quot; logistics, including scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.</li>
<li>Assisting in creating content for our careers page or social media to showcase our company culture.</li>
<li>ATS Management through Keeping our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) clean and up-to-date, automate actions to facilitate the hiring process and make it tech-driven.</li>

Requirements<ul>
<li>
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field.</li>
<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you enjoy talking to people!</li>
<li>High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without breaking a sweat.</li>
<li>Tech Savvy, familiarity with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; experience with an ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.</li>
<li>A &quot;people-first&quot; attitude, a high degree of empathy, and a hunger to learn the nuances of the tech/business landscape.</li>

Talent Acquisition Intern

Responsibilities</h3><ul>
<li>Design, implement, and manage multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
</li><li>Automate provisioning, scaling, and maintenance using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
</li><li>Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing, security scans, and quality gates.
</li><li>Monitor systems using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Datadog; manage logging via ELK, Loki, Fluentd.
</li><li>Set up proactive alerting, conduct capacity planning, load testing, and cost optimization.
</li><li>Design fault-tolerant, highly available systems and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
</li><li>Enforce security best practices (IAM, secrets, network policies) and ensure compliance via scanning and standards.
</li><li>Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, and document runbooks and post-mortems.
</li><li>Mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive adoption of modern DevOps tools and practices.
</li><li>Promote DevOps culture, shift-left testing, and continuous improvement.
</li></ul>Requirements<ul>
<li><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles with production-grade infrastructure.
</li><li>Proficient in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
</li><li>Hands-on with IaC tools: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
</li><li>Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
</li><li>Skilled in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD.
</li><li>Monitoring/logging with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
</li><li>Scripting in Bash, Python, Go, or Ruby.
</li><li>Strong grasp of networking, IAM, and cloud security best practices.
</li><li>Experience with databases (RDS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Act as a change agent by promoting an Agile mindset and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and adaptability within the organization. Encourage teams to embrace Agile values and principles beyond just following processes.</li>
<li>Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.</li>
<li>Act as a servant leader, ensuring that the Scrum Team has the tools, resources, and information needed to effectively complete their tasks.</li>
<li>Identify and remove obstacles or impediments that hinder the team's progress and prevent them from achieving their sprint goals.</li>
<li>Coach the Scrum Team and Product Owner on Agile principles and practices, helping them to understand and implement Scrum effectively.</li>
<li>Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team, promoting open communication and transparency.</li>
<li>Protect the team from external distractions and disruptions, allowing them to focus on delivering high-quality work during the sprint and report on team progress using Agile metrics like burndown charts, velocity, and sprint progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.</li>
<li>Encourage the team to reflect on their processes and outcomes during Sprint Retrospectives and facilitate improvements accordingly.</li>
<li>Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined and up-to-date.</li>
<li>Address conflicts and disagreements within the team, promoting a healthy and collaborative work environment.</li>
<li>Identify and manage risks that could impact the successful completion of the project and work with the team to mitigate them.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with Agile and Scrum best practices and share knowledge with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.</li>
</ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience acting as a Scrum Master in a fast-moving tech environment.</li>
<li>Certified (ICAgile / ACSM / Kanban / SAFe ) is preferred.</li>
<li>Additional Agile certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are a plus.</li>

<li>Coach and mentor individuals and teams on adopting agile mindset as a cultural shift</li>
<li>Coach teams on agile practices and frameworks of choice, with a strong focus on Scrum practices</li>
<li>Coach and mentor Engineering &amp; Product teams to enhance release planning, agile ceremonies, continuous integration and continuous delivery practices</li>
<li>Transfer knowledge and help teams continuously reflect and improve, becoming more effective in their roles and enhancing the outcome, through collaboration and quality practices</li>
<li>Lead the overall relationship between lines of business (LOB) and the Agile COE (and other entities supporting agile Transformation),by relationship building, business development, facilitation and alignment with teams and leadership needs</li>
<li>Onboard new groups or LOBs into the transformation process, provide overview presentation and evangelize agile practices</li>
<li>Introduce suitable Agile methodologies and implement agility in the products delivery processes</li>
<li>Continue to evangelize the need for top-down support for agile culture and values in order to achieve maximum results from the use of agile practices</li>
<li>Demonstrate and share experiences and observations with all team members and ensure best practices are being used and recommends process improvement</li>
<li>Oversee the overall objective cohesion of initiatives involving many agile teams and lead initiative performance</li>
<li>Assess emerging trends/best practices and determine implications of proposed methodologies on meeting business unit strategy</li>
</ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience acting as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast-moving tech environment</li>
<li>Certified (ICAgile / ACSM / Kanban / SAFe )</li>
<li>Have deep knowledge of agile principles and the flexibility to adapt the gained experience to new and evolving environments</li>
<li>Good experience in conducting Agile trainings</li>
<li>Have experience with large scale software delivery and/or agile transformation at scale in large enterprise organizations</li>
<li>Have passion for driving teams towards high performance and a deep pride in quality craftsmanship that delights users</li>
<li>Characterized by hands-on mentality to directly talk to different stakeholders across squads</li>
<li>Have experience working in a fast-paced tech environment with the ability to take initiative with little direction by leadership</li>
