ATS Optimization: Work directly on optimizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will help refine workflows and update automated actions to streamline our recruitment operations and make the hiring process significantly more efficient.</li><li>
Pipeline Management: Manage candidate data and track progress through the recruitment funnel to ensure a smooth, organized hiring cycle.</li><li>
