 Description
 
 
 
 The Legal Secretary will support our legal teams with high quality document production and efficient matter related administrative support. This role suits a detail oriented individual with excellent Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills, strong formatting abilities, and familiarity with legal documents and workflows.
 
 
 
 Main Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Document Management &amp; Production (Primary Focus)
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create, format, and proofread legal documents including agreements, correspondence, presentations, proposals, and internal forms
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce complex Word documents with styles, cross references, definitions, automatic tables, track changes, and comparison tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare visually polished PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and client facing materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage document revisions, version control, file naming conventions, and consistency across multiple working drafts
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain digital filing and matter related document repositories
 </li>
 <li>
 Convert, merge, and edit PDF documents as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all documents adhere to firm standards and housekeeping rules
 </li>
 <li>
 Support lawyers with document based tasks such as blacklining, formatting corrections, and finalizing execution versions
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Legal Support &amp; Administration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Calendar coordination (e.g., scheduling internal team calls or document related check ins)
 </li>
 <li>
 Interact with Accounting to process monthly bills
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to regularly occurring requests for information
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare expense reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate travel arrangements
 </li>
 <li>
 Share information and expertise readily with staff members at all levels
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Skills And Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A high school diploma or equivalent; a secretarial degree is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Some experience in a law firm or professional services environment is strongly preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with Saudi government portals such as Etimad, SBC, etc., is a strong plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with legal terminology, typical legal document structures, and confidentiality requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of Microsoft Word (advanced formatting, styles, section breaks, headers/footers, numbering)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, especially layout, formatting, and graphic consistency
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic Excel skills (not essential but helpful)
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of marketing resources and relevant materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of law firm office systems (Intapp Time, Intapp Open, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing document deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, organized, and able to learn quickly
 </li>
 <li>
 Positive, team oriented approach with willingness to take ownership of tasks
