Executive (Operation &amp; Documentation)<ul><li>Licenses - covers driving licenses, operator registration, and vehicle licenses.</li><li>Traffic - enables a complete understanding of the rules of the road, covers speed limits and traps in detail, and as well toll roads in South Africa.</li><li>Vehicles - gives information on braking requirements, vehicle dimensions and mass, vehicle equipment, lighting requirements, vehicle marking, maintenance and roadworthy requirements.</li><li>Maintaining MIS report regarding vehicles (RC, Permit, Tax, Insurance, Fitness, and PUC, etc.)</li><li>Documentation renewals of vehicle documentation</li><li>Maintenance of diesel data on daily basis</li><li>Collect/Maintenance trips sheets storing and file record.</li><li>Documents scanning &amp; keeping in files &amp; folders</li><li>Coordinating with head office for all the latest updates</li><li>Making Documents Sets related letter of credit, inward &amp; outward remittances.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
