If you know your way around a camera and can capture cinematic shots without wasting time, keep reading.The Job:<ul><li>Film high-energy real estate videos (home tours, agent-led walkthroughs, promo content).</li><li>Shoot vertical content for social (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).</li><li>Nail lighting, framing, and movement&mdash;we don&rsquo;t do boring.</li><li>Work fast, deliver same-day footage when needed.</li><li>Keep up with trends and push creative boundaries.</li></ul>What You Need:<ul><li>Real-world shooting experience (real estate a plus, but not a dealbreaker).</li><li>A solid eye for composition, lighting, and movement.</li><li>Proficiency with Sony, Canon, or equivalent gear (stabilizers, mics, the works).</li><li>A sense of urgency&mdash;we work fast, and so should you.</li><li>Strong communication and zero ego&mdash;this is a team effort.</li></ul>Bonus Points For:<ul><li>Drone skills (FAA-certified?
