We are a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm based in Mumbai, seeking a reliable office boy to join our firm. The Candidate will be responsible for performing various day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle office cleanliness, pantry and maintenance duties.</li><li>Maintain inventory records of office supplies and equipment&rsquo;s.</li><li>Manage incoming &amp; outgoing calls, mails, and documents.</li><li>Perform basic clerical tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.</li><li>Run errands as required, including purchasing office supplies and other items as instructed.</li><li>Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs required in the office premises.</li><li>Bank related work, travel to client place as and when required</li><li>Assist in organizing office events such as office meetings, lunch, dinner, celebrations, etc.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: 10th pass</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Basic knowledge of office equipment operation, such as printers, scanners, computers.</li><li>Good Communication skills and Basic Computer skills</li><li>Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting and moving office supplies.</li></ul>Salary: We provideCompetitive salary depending on experience and qualifications (salary can be negotiated).Interested Candidate can also share their resume at bsscohr@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;14,000.00 - &#8377;16,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
