Role Overview We&rsquo;re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern (Google Ads &amp; Media Buying) who&rsquo;s passionate about paid advertising and eager to gain real-world experience in managing online campaigns. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our marketing team to learn, implement, and optimize ad campaigns across Google and social platforms. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in creating and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other ad platforms.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.</li><li>Help write engaging ad copy and test creative variations.</li><li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.</li><li>Support in preparing performance reports and budget tracking.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Basic understanding of digital marketing and PPC advertising.</li><li>Analytical mindset with good research and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and communication skills.</li><li>Eager to learn and build a career in performance marketing.</li></ul>Preferred (Not Required)<ul><li>Familiarity with Google Ads or Meta Business Manager.</li><li>Completion of Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certifications.</li><li>Previous experience managing small campaigns or social media pages.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Gain<ul><li>Hands-on experience working on live client campaigns.</li><li>Mentorship from experienced PPC and media buying professionals.</li><li>Flexible working hours and a collaborative remote environment.</li><li>Opportunity for a full-time position after successful internship completion.</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: Rs20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with the CEO to systematically manage the business&rsquo;s HR policy.</li><li>Maintain the employee records or documentation effectively.</li><li>Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.</li><li>Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques</li><li>Maintain employee Discipline.</li><li>Manage employees&rsquo; grievances, and resolve their issues</li><li>Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS )</li><li>Measure employee retention and turnover rates</li><li>Overseeing the employee's termination process.</li><li>Handle the payroll procedure.</li></ul>Requirement:<ul><li>Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role</li><li>Experience with full-cycle recruiting</li><li>Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, and employee leaves, )</li><li>Demonstrable leadership abilities</li><li>Solid communication skills</li><li>BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field</li></ul>Timing: 1 pm to 10 pmLocation: Gulberg IIIJob Types: Contract, Full-timeContract length: 12 monthsAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
