 Participate in creating and updating Organizational charts regarding to determined changes and job creations

 Facilitate rotation full cycle following criteria and determined rules as per the Business needs
 </li>

 Participate in workload analysis activities facilitation based on each sector or departments standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in setting new hires OKRs with direct managers through PMS for probation period, ensuring departments and individual's objectives alignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow-up and review new hires performance in the probation period using PMS for increasing productivity and system utilization
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate Semiannual and Annual performance appraisal full process maximizing the efficiency answering all managers inquiries
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate the PMS benefits and features (e.g., achievements, activities and feedback comments) through awareness sessions for managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in the exit interview full process, analyzing survey for decreasing high potentials turnover rate
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in determining assessment tools and methodology for different programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate Assessment center activities for (e.g., Talent review, promotions, etc.), maintaining well understanding for the all assessment phases
 </li>
 <li>
 List and communicate all employees assessment results and development areas through the TMS for CDP full cycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct and give feedback for employees on assessment results if needed
 </li>

 Assist in the succession planning and high potentials facilitation process
 </li>

 Conduct and develop programs manuals for awareness for better understanding and program efficiency

 Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 4-6 years experience in PMS, OD &amp; Talent Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven Experience in facilitating assessment centers is a plus
