BA Global Talent is seeking an on-site Marketing Manager in Miami, FL, to join a global company specializing in lifting and material-handling solutions, with operations across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, overseeing all aspects of digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and campaign management across e-commerce platforms and B2B channels.The role requires a data-driven and creative professional who can adapt campaigns to diverse markets while maintaining a consistent brand identity. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, operations, design, and executive leadership to ensure marketing initiatives directly support commercial objectives.Responsibilities:SEO &amp; Digital Marketing:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart), Google Ads, and social media platforms.</li><li>Monitor SEO performance and web traffic, updating product content and keywords to increase visibility and conversions.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.</li><li>Manage marketing strategies across the U.S., Chile, Colombia, and EU markets, ensuring brand alignment while adapting to regional needs.</li></ul>Content Creation &amp; Management:<ul><li>Create and manage promotional content, including email campaigns (Mailchimp), product flyers, and social media posts.</li><li>Collaborate with sales and graphic design teams to align marketing materials with commercial goals.</li><li>Take ownership of all marketing communications, setting priorities, and ensuring timely delivery.</li><li>Apply creativity, problem-solving, and organizational skills to continuously elevate ads, sales strategies, and brand positioning.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in e-commerce or B2B (experience in B2B industrial products or related industries is highly valued).</li><li>Languages: Strong English skills, both written and verbal. Spanish is strongly valued.
