Bilingual Office Administrator (Accounting/Bookkeeping) 
Location: Marietta, GA

BA Kitchen and Bath Design specializes in residential remodeling projects. We're a family-oriented company that prides itself on delivering superior home renovations, ensuring each project is completed to perfection. 
We are looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Office Administrator to handle administrative duties, accounting, and bookkeeping. You will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while managing financial records, job costing, and other administrative tasks. 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Answer phones and greet clients</li>
<li>Schedule appointments and manage calendars</li>
<li>Manage accounts payable and receivable.</li>
<li>Prepare invoices, process payments, and reconcile bank statements.</li>
<li>Assist with payroll processing and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Maintain organized filing systems and assist with client communications.</li>
<li>Support project managers with administrative tasks.</li>
<li>Track expenses and maintain accurate financial reports</li>
<li>Work with an external accountant or CPA for tax filing as needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>5 or more years of administrative and accounting experience.</li>
<li>Professional proficiency in English and Spanish required to communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors</li>
<li>Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred).</li>
<li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)</li>
<li>Experience in the construction or remodeling industry (preferred)</li>
<li>Knowledge of invoicing for projects and job costing</li>
<li>Bookkeeping or accounting certification preferred</li>
</ul>
Pay and Benefits:
<ul>
<li>Full-time, W-2 employment</li>
<li>Pay Range: $45,000 to $55,000 per year. The salary depends on prior accounting/bookkeeping experience, familiarity with QuickBooks, and experience in the remodeling or construction industry.</li>
<li>Paid time off (accrual begins after one year; details provided during hiring process)</li>
