 We are looking for a
 
 Product Manager
 
 with a strong product mindset and a passion for gaming. In this role, you will own key product areas end-to-end, working closely with design, engineering, data, and business teams to build impactful features that enhance player experience and drive business outcomes.
 
 
 This role requires a deep understanding of
 
 user behavior, data-driven decision-making, and product execution
 
 in fast-paced consumer products.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Product Strategy &amp; Ownership
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own the product lifecycle from problem discovery to launch, measurement, and continuous optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define product vision, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business and user problems into clear product requirements and user stories.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 User &amp; Data-Driven Decision Making
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deeply understand player needs, behaviors, and pain points using data, research, and insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze user funnels, feature adoption, and performance metrics to drive product decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Balance player experience with monetization and platform scalability.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Execution &amp; Delivery
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic value.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Cross-Functional Collaboration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and operations teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate product updates, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the single point of ownership for assigned product areas.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Market &amp; Industry Awareness
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Stay updated on gaming industry trends, competitor products, and emerging product practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply learnings from gaming and consumer product ecosystems to improve product experience.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;6 years of experience in
 
 Product Management
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience working on
 
 consumer-facing digital products
 
 (gaming experience is a strong plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to define clear requirements and make informed trade-offs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong user-first thinking with an understanding of business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in gaming, consumer internet, fintech, or mobile-first products is a plus.
 </li>
