Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Audit Supervisor to oversee the internal audit team within our fast-paced FMCG business. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily administrative and audit activities, supervising audit tasks, conducting field visits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor and control day-to-day administrative functions related to the Internal Audit team.</li><li>Supervise all audit activities performed by the team, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Report any audit deviations or irregularities directly to the GM.</li><li>Conduct field visits and perform primary audit checks to validate processes and controls.</li><li>Review POS Chief operations, cash collections, correct discrepancies, post sales statements to SAP, and manage Cashier and Supervisor ID creation in POS.</li><li>Process Migo/Miro reversals and update MAP for retail and warehouse operations.</li><li>Provide SAP finance support and assist with month-end closing in MM and FI modules.</li><li>Ensure utility invoices are booked and paid before their due dates.</li><li>Prepare VAT assessment reports for submission to the National Bureau for Revenue (NBR).</li><li>Provide salary deduction details to HR, conduct salary simulations, and post FI entries.</li><li>Verify consignment article sales and coordinate with procurement accordingly.</li><li>Prepare monthly audit and financial reports for senior management.</li><li>Plan, organize, and execute cyclic, half-yearly, year-end, and special physical inventory counts.</li><li>Assist in budget preparation and support external audit processes.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce (B. Com) or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in Internal Audit or Internal Control functions, preferably in FMCG or related sectors.</li><li>Proficient in SAP MM and FI modules and POS systems.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Strong computer skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Valid Bahrain driving license is required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>FMCG: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Bahrain driving license (Required)</li><li>CPA (or equivalent) (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>75% (Required)</li></ul>Application Deadline: 31/08/2025
