<ul><li>Ensuring business strategies are in place in achieving Retail KPIs including sales and cost targets</li><li>Ensure that inventory and Days of Stock (DOS) is maintained at target levels inventory &amp; shrinkage control</li><li>Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store in compliance with SOPs including but not limited to expiry management, shrinkage control, price update, back-end documents</li><li>Ensure availability of store range and promotion stock through RP and manual replenishments</li><li>Ensure efficient staff deployment and efficiency of manpower through delegation, supervision, training, roster management, leave planning etc. for smooth store operations</li><li>Ensure the store ambiance, cleanliness, merchandise displays, planogram etc. are maintained at expected levels</li><li>Analyze reports and implement necessary corrective actions on the floor towards achievement of KPIs which includes but not limited to sales, cost reduction, shrinkage controls, inventory optimization and maintaining availability.</li></ul>Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience and should be proficient in speaking, reading &amp; writing English.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Manama: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)</li></ul>

Store Manager
