Senior Digital Marketing Executive &ndash; Roles &amp; Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy &amp; Planning<ul><li>Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.</li><li>Plan monthly/quarterly campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.</li></ul>2. Website &amp; SEO Management<ul><li>Manage website content, updates, and landing pages.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO.</li><li>Track and improve organic rankings and website performance.</li></ul>3. Social Media Management<ul><li>Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Create engaging content, manage posting schedules, and monitor engagement metrics.</li><li>Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance.</li></ul>4. Performance Marketing<ul><li>Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.</li><li>Monitor and report campaign ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversions.</li><li>Optimize campaigns to achieve target KPIs.</li></ul>5. Content &amp; Creative Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with designers, content creators, and agencies for creatives, videos, and ad assets.</li><li>Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.</li></ul>6. Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track marketing KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, and other tools.</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present insights for decision-making.</li></ul>7. Email &amp; Automation Marketing<ul><li>Manage email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).</li><li>Create email campaigns, nurturing flows, and automation sequences.</li></ul>8. Lead Generation &amp; CRM Coordination<ul><li>Drive high-quality leads through digital channels.</li><li>Coordinate with the sales/CRM team to track leads and conversions.</li></ul>9. Market Research &amp; Competitor Analysis<ul><li>Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.</li><li>Recommend new ideas, platforms, and strategies to stay ahead.</li></ul>10.
