<div>As a Senior Project Financial Analyst at TEi Construction Services, you will lead financial oversight and project analysis for jobs across assigned regions. You&rsquo;ll act as a strategic advisor to project teams and leadership, championing financial performance, driving process improvements, and ensuring adherence to enterprise-wide standards. This high-impact role requires advanced analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and deep industry insight to optimize project profitability and execution.
Financial Management<ul><li>
Monitor and analyze project costs, labor hours, forecasts (ETC), and percent-complete metrics to ensure financial accuracy and performance.</li><li>
Prepare project-related billing and reconcile general ledger accounts as needed.</li><li>
Guide bonding, billing, and revenue recognition processes to align with contract requirements and cash flow targets.</li><li>
Perform month-end project reconciliations, accruals, and compliance with GAAP and internal policies.</li></ul>
Critical Thinking<ul><li>
Conduct in-depth analysis of project financials and workflows, benchmarking against best practices to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>
Interpret and communicate complex data sets&mdash;such as project cost trends, profitability, AP/AR balances, and schedule performance&mdash;to both field teams and management.</li><li>
Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks proactively through data-driven insight.</li></ul>
Project Execution<ul><li>
Serve as a subject matter expert on platforms such as InEight, Power BI, and Costpoint.</li><li>
Lead the integration of finance tools and systems with operational workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with established business processes and financial procedures across all project phases.</li><li>
Provide day-to-day support to project teams&mdash;including project setup, forecasting, troubleshooting time collection issues (e.g., InEight), performance tracking, and project closeout activities.</li></ul>
Collaboration<ul><li>
Act as a strategic liaison between finance, operations, and executive leadership to align project execution with financial targets.</li><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for client financial reporting and invoicing.</li><li>
Remain flexible and available for limited travel to project sites across the U.S., often with short notice.</li><li>
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge development.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>
At least 3 years of work experience in finance analytics, project accounting.</li></ul><ul><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li>
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills</li></ul>
Preferred Skills:<ul><li>
Work experience in the construction industry</li><li>
Experience with PowerBI, Costpoint, InEight, Microsoft Dynamics</li>
Certified Public Accountant of similar certification

Sr. Project Financial Analyst

<div>Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. Project Engineer for Data Centers to join our talented team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall design responsibility for specific projects to which he/she has been assigned, and is the primary contact for the project manager, workshops, vendors, and the client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent project management skills, and a passion for technology and innovation in the data center industry.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Accountable for the design of mechanical, structural, electrical, HVAC, Building Management, Extra Low Voltage, as well as Life Safety and Security systems, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.</li><li>
Preparation and issuance of engineering RFQs/Requisitions in a timely manner.</li><li>
Submission of company drawings and documentation in accordance with contract specifications.</li><li>
Examine and authorize all documentation and drawings from vendors.</li><li>
Review and disposition non-conformance reports generated by the manufacturing facilities.</li><li>
Develop installation and operations manuals tailored to specific job requirements and submit them to the client.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering.</li><li>
5+ years of relevant experience Designing and Project Engineering.</li><li>
Experience working with a manufacturing company in field of design and drafting.</li><li>
Design experience in Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing services for chiller plant system within Data Center industry.</li><li>
Registered as a Professional Engineer is preferred.</li><li>
Experience in heat load calculation and lighting simulation is preferred.</li><li>
Reviewing design drawing/model developed in AutoCAD, Solidworks, Inventor and Revit.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.</li><li>
Proficiency in Excel, Visual Basic or VBA preferred.</li></ul>

Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 annually DOE
