Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Stock Accuracy &ndash; Maintain precise records and reconcile physical vs. system stock.</li><li>Inventory Turnover &ndash; Monitor product movement to avoid shortages or overstocking.</li><li>Shrinkage Control &ndash; Prevent losses due to theft, damage, or mismanagement.</li><li>Demand Forecasting &ndash; Anticipate customer demand for baby items and adjust procurement.</li><li>Supplier Coordination &ndash; Ensure timely ordering and delivery of products.</li><li>Storage &amp; Safety &ndash; Maintain hygienic and safe storage conditions for baby products.</li><li>System Reporting &ndash; Generate accurate inventory reports for management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in inventory management or retail operations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
