About the role</h4>
At Babil Games, we&rsquo;re looking for a Senior 3D Generalist to support our 3D team in producing consistent, game-ready assets. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for artists who enjoy working across a variety of asset types within a clear production pipeline.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Produce stylized, low-poly 3D assets such as props and environment elements</li><li>
Support environment and building skin production</li><li>
Assist with basic character or creature modeling when needed</li><li>
Ensure assets meet quality and performance standards</li><li>
Prepare assets for engine integration</li><li>
Collaborate closely with the Lead 3D Artist</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Solid experience with low-poly 3D modeling for mobile</li><li>
Strong understanding of stylized art pipelines</li><li>

About the role</h4>
At Babil Games, we&rsquo;re looking for a Senior 2D Production Artist to take ownership of delivering polished, high-quality 2D assets. This role is focused on execution excellence, consistency, and strong collaboration within a structured production pipeline. 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Produce final 2D art assets such as icons, UI elements, and image compositions</li><li>
Maintain visual consistency and quality across features</li><li>
Optimize assets for clarity and readability at small sizes</li><li>
Deliver clean, reusable PSD files with clear layer structures</li><li>
Collaborate closely with the Lead 2D Artist and art team</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Strong visual fundamentals (composition, balance, color)</li><li>
Advanced Photoshop skills (Illustrator is a plus)</li><li>
Proven experience delivering production-ready assets</li><li>

Lead the creation of stylized, low-poly 3D environment and prop assets</li><li>
Guide quality, consistency, and optimization standards</li><li>
Adapt 2D concepts into optimized 3D assets</li><li>
Support pipeline decisions and best practices</li><li>
Prepare assets for engine integration</li><li>
Collaborate closely with art leads and 3D artists</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Strong low-poly modeling skills for mobile platforms</li><li>
Experience leading or mentoring other 3D artists</li><li>
Strong understanding of stylized environments and props</li><li>
Solid texturing skills (Substance Painter or equivalent)</li><li>

Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate ideation and production</li><li>
