We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Dispatcher Manager with Amazon DSP experience to manage dispatch operations, support drivers, and ensure smooth daily delivery activities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and oversee daily dispatch operations, including route assignments and driver check-out/check-in.</li><li>Assign and optimize delivery routes for efficiency.</li><li>Monitor delivery progress using Amazon systems such as Cortex and Flex, and provide real-time support to Delivery Associates (DAs).</li><li>Troubleshoot issues such as route delays, vehicle breakdowns, delivery exceptions, and emergencies.</li><li>Communicate effectively with drivers, management, and Amazon support teams.</li><li>Ensure all drivers adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Conduct daily safety briefings during stand-up meetings.</li><li>Monitor driver behavior, including speeding, harsh braking, and distractions, using telematics tools, and provide coaching as needed.</li><li>Track, report, and escalate safety incidents, near-misses, and violations.</li><li>Coordinate emergency response in case of accidents or on-road incidents.</li><li>Ensure all vehicles meet safety and operational standards prior to dispatch.</li><li>Assist with reassigning routes or packages as needed to ensure completion.</li><li>Track and report key performance metrics, including on-time delivery, route completion, and safety performance.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and logs for both operational and safety activities.</li><li>Partner with management to drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and safety performance.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Availability to work weekends.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of dispatcher experience with an Amazon DSP.</li><li>Experience as an Amazon Delivery Associate (DA).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Team-oriented with a positive attitude.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Ability to perform under pressure.</li><li>Reliable and punctual.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset.</li></ul>Job Details<ul><li>Job Type: Full-time</li><li>Work Location: On-site</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li></ul>How to ApplyApply with your updated resume.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
