Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Talent Sourcing &amp; Screening:</li><li>Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.</li><li>Screen and shortlist profiles as per job requirements, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial telephonic interviews.</li><li>Candidate Engagement:</li><li>Engage with candidates to explain job roles, Bacancy's work culture, and opportunities for growth.</li><li>Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates&rsquo; suitability in terms of experience, skills, and cultural fit.</li><li>Coordination of Recruitment Process:</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Manage the entire interview process, ensuring timely feedback and follow-ups with candidates.</li><li>Database Management:</li><li>Maintain and update the recruitment database and pipeline to keep track of candidates and their recruitment statuses.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality during candidate handling and documentation.</li><li>Job Posting &amp; Market Research:</li><li>Create and publish job descriptions on job portals, social media, and Bacancy&rsquo;s website.</li><li>Conduct research on market trends and talent pool to attract top-notch candidates for open positions.</li><li>Offer Management:</li><li>Support offer generation and negotiation, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.</li><li>Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.</li><li>Familiarity with sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and employment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.</li><li>Positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and a passion for recruitment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,541.55 - &#8377;40,573.97 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
