We&rsquo;re expanding fast, and we&rsquo;re looking for a sharp Operations Manager who can help us keep things running like a machine organized, consistent, and world-class. What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Make sure both branches (City Walk &amp; Marina) open on time and run smoothly every day.</li><li>Keep staff accountable for grooming, attendance, and performance.</li><li>Monitor client experience and ensure every visit feels premium.</li><li>Handle daily reports, KPIs, inventory, and maintenance follow-ups.</li><li>Keep owners fully updated on performance, issues, and improvements.</li><li>Be the link between management and the team communicate clearly and lead effectively.</li></ul>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Proactive, hard-working, tech-savvy, and highly organized.</li><li>Prior experience in operations, hospitality, or retail management is a big plus.</li><li>Excellent at communication and people leadership.</li><li>Obsessed with details, structure, and accountability.</li><li>Able to follow SOPs precisely and keep the team aligned.</li><li>Knows how to stay calm, professional, and solution-oriented.</li></ul>Tools You&rsquo;ll Use<ul><li>Google Sheets, Notion, WhatsApp, Fresha, and basic report systems.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
