At Back In Action Physical Therapy, we take a collaborative approach to care.We are a multidisciplinary clinic, combining Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Care, Family Health, and Massage to support our patients recovery and overall health. Our team works closely together to ensure every patient receives compassionate, individualized care from start to finish.We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and outgoing Physical Therapy Aide to join our Physical Therapy department. We would love to find someone who takes pride in supporting our patients while working collaboratively with our team to create a smooth, positive, and professional experience for everyone in our care.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Daily Administrative Duties.</li><li>Assist patients with check-in/check-out and answer general questions.</li><li>Prepare, process and organize paperwork for new evaluations, including referrals, intake forms, consents, and outcome measures.</li><li>Log and process referrals and follow up on authorizations, faxes, and outstanding tasks.</li><li>Confirm and schedule patient appointments, updating recalls and waitlists as needed.</li><li>Support therapists with daily operations, including preparing and maintaining therapy equipment and treatment areas.</li><li>File, scan, and attach documentation accurately to patient records, ensuring smooth workflow for evaluations and plan of care updates.</li><li>Check and respond to voicemails, emails, and text messages throughout the day.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (required).</li><li>Prior experience in a healthcare or physical therapy setting (preferred).</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities.</li><li>Comfortable using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, email, and office technology.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re excited to join an amazing, collaborative clinical team, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!
